Fox Hill, Upstate New York

The client wanted this passive house (minimal environmental impact) in upstate New York to have an equally environmentally responsible styling. Using only vintage, repurposed or pieces from eco-responsible companies, the home has an approachable, warm, upstate style. With a mix of neutral and bold, vintage and modern, this “small footprint” has plenty of character.
